One Pass Thread Mill

Dao phay ren là dụng cụ được thiết kế để cắt ren bằng cách phay. Máy phay ren được sử dụng trên các trung tâm gia công điều khiển số (NC) có các chức năng nội suy xoắn ốc, điều khiển ba trục và đồng thời. So với taro thông thường, phay ren ổn định hơn với ít hạn chế về điều kiện cắt hơn về mặt quản lý phoi và độ bôi trơn của chất làm mát.

• Use RPRG to reduce the workload
  RPRG is the reference value of tool radius offset. Conventionally, the tool radius value is entered during setup as a parameter of the NC system, which is corrected by checking the thread with a gauge. Now, the process of correction can be simplified by simply inputting the RPRG value as indicated on the tool shank.
